LOVE AND RELATIONSHIP ADVICE: WHAT MEN DON'T LIKE IN BED

One may think that the moment you welcome a guy into the haven of your inner being, he will be happy. Apparently that is not the case. There is more to just giving yourself. As you will see it does not take much to please your guy but there are some things women do that are a buzz kill.

ONE STYLE

Routine is the last thing that should ever creep up in your relationship. Especially during your sexual escapades. So try to spice up your bedroom antics by going out of your way to do something different.

STARFISH

Sometimes ladies can be least interested in going down and dirty but they have to fulfil their conjugal obligations either way, so they resort to lying flat leaving the guy to do all the work. Once again it is a major buzzkill, many men say it feels like they are humping a stump.

TEXTING

As a cardinal rule, gadgets should not be used I bed. So texting in bed is another thing that men hate when it comes to bedroom matters.

TOO AGGRESSIVE

At this point I know you are wondering, what is it that men want. Lets just say moderation is key. While it is a turn on if the missus gets kinky when it borders on the extreme, it is dangerous and frightening at the same time.

BEING TOO NOISY WHEN OTHERS CAN HEAR

A bit of moaning and groaning is fantastic but screaming and thrashing about like he's trying to suffocate you with a pillow is more than a little scary for men.

NOT TO MENTION EMBARRASSING.

You think he'll like you being noisy because it means he's a stud.

He's dying at the prospect of having to face his flatmates/parents/kids/neighbours.

Close on the heels of being too noisy is being too noisy, too soon.

Over-exaggerated moans and groans when you've only just started kissing makes him one hundred per cent certain you'll fake it later.

Going to the loo just before sex and not washing afterwards

This was the pet hate of my best male friend and his (now ex) girlfriend.

'Me giving her oral sex was the basis of nearly every sex session we had but she'd think nothing of going for a pee just before, with the door open, and not washing either her hands or her bits.

'I found it gross.'

Telling him when to orgasm

You won't win with this one.

Begging him to hold off just makes him even more paranoid he'll ejaculate pre-maturely; the resulting anxiety ensures he will.

You're much better off letting him climax and then settling in for round two or getting your orgasm through oral sex.

Telling him to orgasm now sounds like a turn on but is often interpreted (correctly) to mean 'Could you hurry up and finish?'.

That said when it comes to intimacy, both parties should put in the necessary effort.
