1.Whenever you come back home from maybe your work or wherever you went to, don't forget to extend words of greetings to your children and even hug them irrespective of their age and gender.This should help develop their sense of love and self worth most especially when you start it at the earlier stage. 
2. Always show love to your neighbors and don't forget that children at the tender age are like the photocopy machine. They are fond of looking and copying from the actions of the elderly ones.Even while driving, never you speak negetive of other drivers in their presence for their brain may interpret it differently from what you meant to say. 

3. Develop the habit of letting your children speak to your parents whenever you contact them on phone and don't forget to take them with you when visiting your parents. The more they see you take care of your parents the more they will learn to take care of you. 

4. Develop the habit of driving them to the school by yourself don't feel too busy that you can buy a driver for them. It is advised that you don't play much songs while taking them to school rather tell them more of motivational talks it will help them towards whatever great they want to be in the future

. 5. Read to them a short story and even a scripture a day – it doesn't take much time, but very impactful in creating strong bonds and wonderful memories. 

6. Comb your hair, clean your teeth and wear presentable cloths even if sitting at home and not going out for the day. They need to learn that being clean and tidy has nothing to do with going out! 

7. Don't always correct what they say or do, eliminate the habit of finding fault in whatever they do sometimes you try to overlook their minor mistakes for this will help them build a self esteem and confidence but still, don't forget there is nothing like a minor mistake mostly for the growing ones. 

8. Wait for your children to permit you before entering into their room. Don't just knock and enter, but then wait for a verbal permission. They will learn to do the same when wanting to enter your room. 

9. Don't feel too big or old to render apologies to your children when you wronged them. Apologies will inspire the sense of humility and politeness into their lives. 

10. Don't forget that their views and feelings is always meaningful to them and to them it is always the best, don't hurt them by making fun of their feelings even when you don't mean it. 

11. Don't unveil their privacy to another person. Always keep their privacy between you and them for this will help them develop self-esteem. 

12. Don't hurt them for not doing it according to your directives say it over and over again until it register on their brain. Don't react negatively towards them for not hearing it the first time. 

13. Be the first one to teach them how to pray don't leave it to their school or church teacher, lead them by example.
